1. Who we are
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are issued by Origin BioSense Technologies FZCO ("BioSense", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Dubai Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. They apply when you use the BioSense mobile application, this website, and related services (together, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. The BioSense service
BioSense is a personal health and wellness product. It brings together wearable data, blood results you choose to upload, meals, lifestyle context and goals, then turns that information into insights, trends, predictions and suggested next steps.
BioSense is an iPhone and Android app. This website is for information, membership and billing. There is no desktop version of the product.
3. Wellness information, not medical care
BioSense provides health and wellness information for educational and informational purposes only. BioSense does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and the Platform is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always speak with a qualified clinician about symptoms, conditions, medication or treatment decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
5. Your account and connected data
You may connect third-party devices and health platforms, such as Apple Health or a wearable brand, and you may upload laboratory results. You confirm that you have the right to share that data with us. You can disconnect a source at any time in the app.

6. Membership, trial and billing
New members receive a 21-day free trial with access to BioSense. After the trial, membership continues on the plan you choose, as shown on the Pricing page, unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Paid billing, if enabled, is handled by our payment provider.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt it, or access another person's account;
- upload content you do not have the right to share;
- use the Platform to provide clinical care to others, or to claim that BioSense is a medical device;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Platform except as allowed by law.
8. Intellectual property
The BioSense name, mark, app, website and content are owned by Origin BioSense Technologies FZCO or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own wellness purposes while your account is active.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, device support and copy may change as we improve the product.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BioSense is not liable for decisions you make based on insights, scores, predictions or other information shown in the Platform, or for data supplied by third-party devices and laboratories. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
