1. Why this page exists
BioSense is built around sensitive health information: wearables, blood results, meals, lifestyle context and the goals you share with us. This page states, in plain language, how we use that data. The legal detail sits in our Privacy Policy.
2. Your data is used to help you
We use your data to bring signals together, find patterns, generate personalised insights and suggest next steps for you, inside your own account. We do not use it to advertise products to you, and we do not sell it.
3. Commitments for connected health data
When you connect a device or health platform (including Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Dexcom via Apple Health, and other sources you authorise), we apply the following:
- Purpose limitation. We use this data only to provide and personalise the insights, predictions and recommendations delivered to you in BioSense.
- No sale of data. We do not sell, rent or trade your connected health data.
- No advertising use. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
- No AI model training. We do not use connected health data to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. That data is used only to generate outputs for your own account.
- Deletion on request and disconnection. If you disconnect a source or ask us to delete your data, we delete the associated data we hold, except where retention is required by law.
4. How AI is used in BioSense
AI in BioSense is there to help you understand your own information: explaining results, spotting relationships across data you have shared, and drafting suggested actions. It is not a clinician. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. They are wellness estimates and educational information, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
Learning Mode asks about your lifestyle, history, routines and goals so insights can become more personal over time. You can stop answering, and you can ask us to delete what you have shared.
5. You stay in control
You choose which devices to connect, which results to upload, and what to tell Learning Mode. You can disconnect a source in the app. For access, correction or deletion requests, see the Privacy Policy or use our contact form.
