Frequently asked questions
General
BioSense is a personalised health insights platform that brings together
wearable data, blood results, lifestyle information and actionable
reports to help you better understand your health over time.
Most health platforms simply display data. BioSense is designed to
connect the dots between your biomarkers, wearable & device data,
lifestyle patterns and custom goals to provide more personalised and
contextual insights.
No. BioSense is designed for informational and wellness purposes only
and does not diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions.
No. BioSense should not be used as a replacement for medical advice,
diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Wearables & Devices
No. Wearables enhance the experience, but you can still use BioSense
with all the other features that help improve your lifestyle and work
towards your goals.
BioSense is designed to integrate with all leading wearable devices
and health platforms. There are over 500 apps, devices and wearables
that can be automatically connected and synchronised to BioSense,
ensuring no manual upload requirements.

Once you have registered for your 14-day free trial and downloaded
the BioSense app from the App Store or Google Play store, there is
a Devices button at the top of the home page. After
clicking this, you will be guided through the short setup process.
Most devices connect within a few minutes. Historical data may take
slightly longer depending on the device and amount of available data.
Insights & AI
AI is at the heart of BioSense. It powers many of BioSense's core
features, including personalised insights, trend analysis, health
reports, biomarker explanations and your Health AI Assistant. By
analysing data from multiple sources, BioSense helps uncover patterns
and opportunities that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Outside of the data pulled from device integration and biomarker
uploads, BioSense has developed Learning Mode — an
intuitive function designed to understand you as a person. Through a
series of questions about your lifestyle, health history, routines,
exercise, preferences and goals, BioSense builds a more complete
picture of who you are. This allows the platform to deliver increasingly
personalised insights, recommendations and health guidance truly
tailored to you.
Yes. BioSense is designed around your individual baseline, trends
and goals rather than generic population averages alone.
BioSense uses AI to connect the dots across your health data. By
analysing information from multiple sources, it identifies patterns,
correlations and emerging trends that would be almost impossible to
recognise when viewing each data source independently.
Yes. As more data is added, BioSense becomes increasingly personalised
and better able to identify patterns, correlations and changes
unique to you.
Goals & Lifestyle
Yes. Users can create personalised goals related to fitness, recovery,
longevity, sleep, stress management and overall wellbeing.
BioSense integrates seamlessly with a number of existing nutrition
tracking apps, such as MyFitnessPal. Utilising this data, BioSense
can provide general wellness and nutrition guidance based on your
goals and data, but it does not provide medically led dietary
treatment plans.
BioSense is designed to help users identify patterns and behaviours
that may influence areas such as sleep, stress, recovery and energy
levels. If these are your key goals, BioSense will tailor the
recommended changes in your life to work towards those goals.
Yes. BioSense can help users better understand recovery, training
load, readiness, in-depth blood analysis and long-term performance
trends.
Blood Results
No. Blood results are optional, but uploading them unlocks deeper
biomarker analysis and more personalised insights over time. Your
Biological age marker will also only appear after uploading
a blood sample to BioSense.
BioSense supports a wide range of common blood panels and biomarkers,
including areas such as hormones, cardiovascular health, inflammation,
vitamins and metabolic health. There is no specific format that must
be followed — BioSense can read and understand most PDF results
uploaded to the system.
No. You can upload blood results from most recognised laboratories
and providers.
This depends on your goals, but many users upload blood results
every 6-12 months to track changes over time.
Yes. BioSense provides simple explanations of what biomarkers are,
why they matter and how they may relate to your health and lifestyle.
BioSense may highlight unusual results and encourage users to seek
professional medical advice where appropriate.
Membership & Billing
Yes. New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the
platform.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
BioSense offers both monthly and annual subscription options. Full
pricing is available on the Pricing page.
Your account access may be restricted after cancellation, but your
data retention options will be outlined within your account settings
and policies.
Refund policies are outlined within the Terms & Conditions and

Technical & Platform
BioSense is designed to be available across both mobile and web
platforms.
Yes. BioSense supports both mobile and desktop experiences.
Most users can complete initial setup within a few minutes.
No. Much of the experience is designed around automatic data
synchronisation where supported. Learning Mode will require elements
of manual data entry, however this is performed in a conversational
format in small, sizeable chunks throughout your journey.
BioSense will continue working, although fewer data inputs may
reduce the depth and accuracy of insights over time.
Data & Privacy
Yes. Protecting your data and privacy is a core priority for
BioSense. Your information is stored securely and handled in
accordance with applicable data protection standards.
No. Your personal health data is never sold to third parties.
Only you and authorised systems required to operate the platform.
